Hello you budding DJ’s out there, wanting to know some tricks of the DJ trade!  This DJ Workshop is for the youth of Whyalla and surrounding areas. Come learn how its done, from DJ TR!P.  He is a multi-award winning producer, composer & performer of electronic music.  And he’s coming to Whyalla to work with you at D’faces.  This is a one off workshop, so parents and carers, do not let the kids miss out.  There just might be a talented and budding DJ spending time under your roof.

In this hands on accessible workshop you’ll learn mixing, manipulating, scratching, remixing, and blending and create a set.  We’ll look into the effects that a DJ uses.  It is an innovative workshop in which we use IPads and the programme DJay Pro to learn all the tricks.  Learn how to get everyone up on the D floor!

If you have limited mobility you don’t need to miss out, you can do this workshop too.

This workshop is for Youth with disability and their siblings and friends.  It will be held at D’faces which is based in Whyalla.  D’faces supports and encourages young people to get involved in the arts.

When registering for this free event, please register for the youth with disability that will attend the workshop, and answer all of the questions so that we are able to make sure that this workshop is accessible for all.  After registering, book for the number of youth coming to participate in the workshop.

If your child requires assistance to be able to participate, please have someone attend with them.
